A new class action lawsuit questions whether Anthropic broke the law by misleading power users

A group of Claude Max subscribers filed an expanded class-action lawsuit accusing Anthropic of deceptively advertising the usage limits of its top-tier subscription. The suit is led by attorneys Monica Vaca and Kati Daffan, both former FTC officials under Lina Khan.
