US man duct-taped to seat after attacking passenger mid-flight, racial abuse

An American Airlines flight from Dallas-Fort Worth to Newark diverted to Baltimore after a passenger allegedly attacked another traveler and hurled racial and homophobic slurs at a flight attendant. Fellow passengers, including a retired law enforcement officer, restrained him with zip ties and duct tape before he was removed by police in Baltimore.
