One of strictest US abortion bans could be overturned in November’s election

Idaho voters will decide in November whether to overturn one of the nation's strictest abortion bans, which currently prohibits the procedure at all stages of pregnancy. The ballot measure, backed by over 100,000 signatures, would restore abortion access until fetal viability at around 21 weeks.
