Convicted paedophile to argue multiple-personality evidence unlawful

A man convicted of child sexual abuse is appealing his 21-year sentence, arguing that allowing his victim to testify as three separate personalities created by dissociative identity disorder violated legal procedure and was unfairly prejudicial. The appeal, scheduled for November, marks the first challenge in Australia to this trial method.
