Convicted paedophile to argue multiple-personality evidence unlawful
A man convicted of child sexual abuse is appealing his 21-year sentence, arguing that allowing his victim to testify as three separate personalities created by dissociative identity disorder violated legal procedure and was unfairly prejudicial.
