Mike Ashley's Frasers offers £1.73bn to buy all of Hugo Boss

Frasers has offered €1.98bn to acquire the remaining stake in Hugo Boss, which it already owns over a quarter of. The takeover, which would value the German fashion brand at €38 per share, requires regulatory approval and could close by year-end.
