Anthropic releases ‘safe’ version of Claude Mythos AI model to public

Anthropic released Fable 5, a restricted version of its advanced Claude Mythos AI model, to the public while keeping the unrestricted version for select government and cybersecurity partners due to concerns about its ability to identify infrastructure vulnerabilities.
