North Korea unveils nuclear weapons fuel production plant

North Korea unveiled a new uranium-enrichment plant and said weapons-grade fuel production capacity has more than doubled over five years, as leader Kim Jong Un pledged to expand the country's nuclear arsenal "at an exponential rate."
