Jaishankar condoles Delhi hotel fire deaths, says MEA assisting foreign victims

At least 21 people died in a fire at a New Delhi hotel that was allegedly operating with four times more rooms than legally permitted, with over 10 foreign nationals among the dead and several injured remaining in critical condition.
