Trump taps ally Bill Pulte to serve as top intelligence chief

Trump named Bill Pulte, head of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, as acting director of national intelligence, days after Tulsi Gabbard stepped down from the role. Pulte will retain his current position overseeing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac regulations.
