Russia Gushes Crude Exports as Drone Strikes Hobble Refineries
Russia's crude exports hit their highest level since invading Ukraine in 2022, as Ukrainian drone strikes on refineries force more oil onto global markets. Year-to-date shipments average 3.46 million barrels daily, up 120,000 from 2025.
