New acting spy chief will be Bill Pulte, housing finance director who's attacked perceived Trump foes

President Trump named Bill Pulte, the director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency overseeing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, as acting director of national intelligence to replace Tulsi Gabbard, who resigned last month.
